Property addresses can only be edited if the location has not been verified and the listing has not been published.
 
Verifying the address of an unverified location
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. If you have more than one listing, click the one you want to edit.
  3. Click on the Property icon in the left navigation menu.
  4. Click Edit property.
  5. Click the Location tab.
  6. Click on Where is your rental located?
  7. Edit the address as necessary, click Save.
  8. Verify the map marker is correct. Click Next.
  9. Continue completing the details for the rest of your listing.

To edit the address/region of a property for a listing that has been published, please email Customer Support by clicking the Contact Us button. Include the coordinates or a screenshot of your location on the map along with the precise property address.

Note:  We will only make a change to the property address if the address is not validated or there is a typo or missing unit number.  We do not change the address to advertise a different property.
